NIACL has invited young, energetic candidates for Assistant post and this recruitment is done on State/ UT wise and the exam for this post will be conducted across India. The detailed official Notification related to this Assistant recruitment has been available on to the official website of the company and for submit the online application form the only way is through the online mode in which the candidates just fill all their mandatory details mentioned in the application form and submit the same as early as possible but to check the complete procedure for filling the form click the link given later in the post.

Selection Procedure for NIACL Recruitment 2017

The process which should be followed for the selection of Assistant is two way process in which the candidate first face the preliminary exam and then Main Exam followed by the Regional Language Test and its details is like that

A) Tier-I: Preliminary Exam: This exam will be conducted online and it is objective in nature. It consist of 3 section with 1 hour time duration

All questions coming in the Tier-I exam have been available in both the languages i.e English and Hindi except English Language paper and candidates have to qualify each section as per marks set by the company.

B) Tier-II: Main Exam: This test also conducted online and it is objective in nature.

Like the Tier-I exam all questions coming have been available in both languages i.e English and Hindi except English language and candidates have to score minimum marks as decided by the company.

C) Candidates who will qualify the main exam will be called for the Regional language test and this test will be only qualifying in nature and there is no separate marks given for this test.

Important Points

There will a penalty of wrongs answers given by the candidates and it will be 1/4th marks deducted for each wrong answers from the arrive corrected score and no marks will be deducted for un-attempted question and this penalty will be applicable for both Preliminary and Main Exam.
