Looking for NIACL online application form 2017: See the step by step procedure for filling the online application form 

In our previous post we will intimate all the eligible candidates that The New India Assurance Company Ltd is going to recruit 984 Assistant for their various offices across India and this recruitment will be done from the open market and that is the online application has been invited from the candidates from the open market. This NIACL Recruitment is also very important with the view that the minimum eligibility criteria required for this post is Graduation and many of the candidates must have attain their Graduation degree and will look for the better opportunity which they wish to grab and attain the best job.

NIACL has already released Notification related to Assistant Recruitment on to the official website and also on to this page and online applications has also been invited through the company official website, But before apply online candidates must read out all the procedure through which they can easily submit their application form without find any hurdles. In this post we will do our best to tell you the each and every aspects for filling the form and also give you the step by step procedure for filling the form.

Pre Requisite for filling the online application form 

1) Candidate must scan their recent Photograph and Signature as per the required specification mentioned in the Notification

2) Candidates must have valid email id and mobile no and if they donot have both then the candidate must create the mail id and acquire the active mobile no before apply online for the assistant Recruitment and keep active both these till the completion of recruitment process.

Guideline for Scanning and uploading of Photograph and signature  

  • Candidates application may be rejected if their face in the photograph and signature is unclear.
  • In that case the candidate may edit the application and re-upload the photograph and signature  

Guidelines for Photograph Image

  • It must be recent 
  • It should be in colour against light coloured preferably with back ground 
  • If you wear glasses make sure there is no reflection and eyes will be clearly seen.
  • Photograph dimension is preferred to be 200 x 300 pixels
  • File size between 20kb - 50kb
  • Scanned Image size should not be morethan 50kb.

Guidelines for Signature Image

  • Candidate must sign on white paper with black ink pen.
  • Signature must be signed by the candidate.
  • Preferred dimension 140 x 40 pixels 
  • File size between 10kb - 20kb
  • Scanned image size is not morethan 20kb

Step by step Procedure for filling the online Application form 

  • Firstly the Candidates must click the company official link "" and then click the tab "Recruitment Section" then click "APPLY ONLINE".
  • After click the apply online link a new pop window will appear and for registration, click the tab "NEW REGISTRATION" and enter Name, Contact No, Email-id and Mobile No and than a provisional Registration no and Password will be generated by the system and note it for further use.
  • If candidates donot complete the application form in one attempt then the candidates have an option to save the already filled data by clicking "SAVE AND NEXT" option tab. Before the submission of form the candidates are advised to use the "SAVE AND NEXT" tab to verify the data and modify the same if required.
  • Candidates are advised to fill the form carefully and check the same before its final submission as after click the " FINAL SUBMIT" button, no changes will be possible.
  • Candidates must fill their father/Husband name correctly as it will be appeared in the mark sheet/ Certificates and afterwards any changes found may disqualify its candidature.
  • Validate your details and save your application by clicking the "VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS" and "SAVE AND NEXT BUTTON".
  • Then candidates must upload your scanned Photograph and signature as per the guidelines mentioned in the official Notification.
  • Then candidates must fill all the mandatory details mentioned in the application form.
  • After doing all the above mentioned steps click the button " Final Submit".
  • Then click the tab " PAYMENT" for paying the application fee.
  • Then click Submit button
