Private as well as from various reputed banks and at the end of this year, one more recruitment opportunity offers to you and this time it comes from the Indian Bank and this recruitment is all about the Probationary officer vacancies which will be filled through the one year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course at Indian Bank Manipal school of Banking which is jointly set by the Indian Bank and Manipal Global Education Service Pvt Ltd.
After getting selected for the the Post candidates must face the Selection Process consisting of online Exam i.e Preliminary and Main Examination and then followed by Personal Interview. After successfully qualifying all the Phases, candidates will go through a nine month course at Banglore followed by three months internship at any Indian bank branch and then the candidates will be awarded with Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance and will be eligible for appointment in as PO in Indian bank.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Bank PO Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification- Candidates must be Graduate in any discipline with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) or any equivalent Qualification.
Age required- Min 20 years and Max. 28 years
Fee to Paid- Candidates who are willing to apply must paid the requisite fee like that
- SC/ST/PWD- Rs 100
- For all other Categories- Rs 600
Pre-Examination Training- Candidates who required or wish to opt. this training must fill in the relevant column in the Online Application form and this training will be arranged by the bank to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities/PWD at Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, Vijayawada, Lucknow, Jaipur and Bhopal.
While training will be imparted free of cost, all other expenses regarding travelling, boarding, lodging etc. will have to be borne by candidates for attending the pre-examination training programme at the designated Centres. Bank reserves the right to cancel any of the Pre- Examination Training Centres and/ or add some other Centres and/or make alternate arrangements.
Attending the Pre-Examination Training does not entail any right to the candidate to be selected in the Bank
