Recently Sail has notified its latest Recruitment Notification for the recruitment of 710 vacancies of Management Trainee and online Applications have been invited from all the qualified candidates of India before the last dates. Eligibility Criteria for SAIL Recruitment 2014

Age limit:- The Maximum age limit for this Recruitment is 30 years as on 01-01-2014

Educational Qualification-

1) For Management Trainee (Technical):- The candidate should possess Degree in Engineering with 65% marks and in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Electronics, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), and Mining or Chemical Engineering and for Computer Science discipline, MCA (3 years full time) with 65% marks.
2) For Management Trainee (Administration)- The candidate should possess HR, Marketing and Materials: Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks (average of all subjects) with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in human Resources/Management & Relations/Personnel Management/Masters in Human Resources & Organizational Development for HR discipline, Marketing for Marketing discipline and Production/Operations/Materials/Logistics/Chain Management. For material discipline. 

SAIL Recruitment Notification 2014 Details 

Selection Process:- The candidates selection will be based only on the basis of their performance in written test, Group discussion and Interview test.

Mode of payment of Application fee:- The Payment of application fee can be made through net/banking/credit card/debit card or through pay-in-slip. In case of pay–in-slip candidate firstly should download the print of the slip from the official website of SAIL and after filing the necessary details deposit the fee  in any of the branch of SBI (State Bank of India) in favour of Acc.No (32286155304) at CAG Branch, New Delhi, on behalf of SAIL. In case candidate deposits the fee in a wrong account, or doesn’t finally submit the application form with payment details, SAIL will not be responsible for rejection of candidature. Also, note that an amount of Rs.40/-will be paid by the candidate as Bank Charges to the collection branch of SBI in addition to the applicable registration/ processing fee.Fee once paid will not be refunded in any condition. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the application/processing fee and to fill-in the payment details carefully

How to apply online- The Candidates are required to apply online through official website i.e. www.sail.co.in however no other means of application will not be accepted. It is necessary that candidate should fulfill all the eligibility conditions before applying. However other important documents will be checked at the time of interview. Although Mere issue of Admit card/Interview call letter will not claim acceptance of candidature. Candidature of a registered candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or even on joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria at any stage.
